Well, another week has gone by since the last nosey fest of our creative spaces, hosted by Julia (click the WOYWW link in my sidebar for further details) and I’m afraid I have absolutely nothing to show you this time.
We’ve had a busy week with our visit to the Devon County Show, then my hubby’s birthday (and making his card), and a meal out with my parents, and then yesterday, the Olympic Torch party, and also, yesterday was a very hot day. All these things have conspired to rob me completely of my energy, which is always at a very low ebb, and I’ve had a bad week health-wise, feeling really lousy most of the time, and spending a lot of time on the recliner, not being able to do anything creative apart from some sketches and “step-outs” in my Zentangle journal (not yet photographed).
Tomorrow is our 26th wedding anniversary and so far I haven’t even made my lovely hubby a card! I did give him a Kindle for his birthday, though, so I hope that will make up for it. He is taking me for a day out in Exeter (including a meal out) when we are visiting the newly-revamped museum, which he says is brilliant, and has been trying to get me there for some time! I need to pace myself and try to conserve some energy for that, as it will be another long and busy day.
Sorry folks. Hope to do better this coming week. Hope you all have a great week, full of creativity, and a happy WOYWW.
Did your desk dissappear into thin air??? Happy Anniversary
